- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆July 31, 2020, by Levi ThatcherThis strip mall is out of the 1980s (in a bad way). Cottonwood Heights can do much better. Considering the rather prominent location, the giant parking lot is mostly empty and a waste of space. Turnover is high, the pedestrian experience is bad, the slope makes winter shopping a pain. This whole block should be turned into a mixed use development (like Sugarhouse has done). This is not how brick and mortar shopping should look in 2017.
